These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OptiPDF – Smart PDF Toolkit mobile application (the "App") provided by FutureTek Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own lawful, personal, or internal business purposes, and in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

The App processes your files (PDFs, images, scans, and signatures) locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of, access, or upload your files. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
The App is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Certain features may be subject to daily usage limits or may display ads. We may change, add, or remove features, limits, or ad formats at any time, including remotely, without prior notice.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchases unlock the corresponding feature (such as an ad-free experience) on your device.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. Please direct refund requests to Google Play. Except where required by law, purchases are otherwise non-refundable.
Restoring purchases: Your purchase is tied to your Google account and can generally be restored by signing in with the same account used for the original purchase.
The App uses third-party services (including Google AdMob, ironSource/Unity Ads, InMobi, Google Firebase, Google ML Kit, and Google Play Billing). Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
The App, including its design, branding, logos, and software (excluding your content and open-source components), is owned by FutureTek Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses, as listed in the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will be free of defects. You are responsible for verifying important documents and maintaining backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureTek Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or documents, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its features if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–9) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
