Terms of Service

Welcome to Memory Rush ("the App"), operated by FutureTekApps ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• Use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits that interfere with normal gameplay;
• Attempt to disrupt the App, its servers, or its advertising and analytics services;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Virtual Items

The App may include virtual currency (such as coins) and virtual items (such as lives or power-ups). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual items at any time. Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law. The App contains no in-app purchases: coins and power-ups are earned through gameplay or by choosing to watch an optional advertisement, and cannot be bought with real money.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (such as Google AdMob). By using the App you agree that ads may be displayed. Some rewards may require viewing an advertisement.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config), Unity, Google Play Services (on Android) and Apple App Store services (on iOS). Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

11. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

The following applies if you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and FutureTekApps only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
