Stack Squeeze: Color Sort — Effective date: September 12, 2026

Welcome to Stack Squeeze ("the App"), operated by FutureTek Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits that interfere with normal gameplay or with Game Center leaderboards;
• attempt to disrupt the App or its advertising, analytics and consent services;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Virtual items and in-app purchases

The App includes a virtual currency ("gems") and virtual benefits such as hints, undos, rewinds and extra time. Gems are earned through gameplay and streaks, by choosing to watch an optional advertisement, or bought with real money through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The App also offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual items and change gem prices or rewards at any time. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms; purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy. Use Settings › Restore purchases to restore Remove Ads on a new device.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). By using the App you agree that ads may be displayed. Some rewards require viewing an advertisement to completion. Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial and app-open ads; optional rewarded videos remain available.

5. Game progress, iCloud and Game Center

Progress may be synchronised through your iCloud account and, if you sign in, scores and achievements are reported to Apple Game Center. We are not responsible for progress lost due to device loss, iCloud or Game Center settings, account changes, or deletion of the App. We may reset leaderboard entries that we believe were obtained by cheating.

6. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and Apple's App Store, In-App Purchase, iCloud and Game Center. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

12. Apple App Store — additional terms

The following applies because you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and FutureTek Apps only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
