Sudoku Master for iOS — Effective date: September 29, 2026
Welcome to Sudoku Master ("the App"), operated by FutureTek Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The App is free to download. The free version includes classic 9×9 puzzles, X-Sudoku, the Daily Challenge, the Home Screen widget, the Basics and Intermediate lessons and a limited number of explained hints per day. Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited hints, the full course, 16×16 puzzles and removes all advertising. There are no subscriptions.
The free version may show advertising provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos that you can choose to watch in exchange for an extra hint. Which placements are active may change over time. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Pricing, billing and refunds for Premium are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. Premium is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any of your devices from Settings › Restore Purchases. Family Sharing is available where Apple supports it. If Apple refunds a purchase, the Premium features are withdrawn.
The daily hint allowance, and the exact features included in the free tier, may be adjusted from time to time.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the App, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Puzzles in progress, statistics and settings are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced between your own devices through Apple's iCloud under your Apple Account. We are not responsible for data lost through device loss, deletion of the App, iCloud or backup settings.
If you are signed in to Game Center, the App submits best times and your daily streak to public leaderboards and mirrors your achievements. Game Center is Apple's service, operated under Apple's terms, and using it is optional: the App works in full when you are signed out.
Leaderboards are for honest play. The App does not submit a time that is too fast to be humanly plausible, and we may ask Apple to remove scores that appear to come from a modified copy of the App or from tampering with the device clock. Boards may also be reset or retired between versions.
The App, including its puzzle generator, lessons, illustrations, text and design, is owned by FutureTek Apps and protected by copyright. Sudoku as a puzzle form is not proprietary; the puzzles the App generates are yours to solve and share.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Puzzle grading and hint explanations are produced automatically and may occasionally be imperfect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureTek Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
